Personal Data Processing

By completing the form, I am aware that the personal data provided herein will be processed by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia a.s. for the purposes of:

• handling my request for contact, to the extent of the information provided by me and for a period necessary for the processing of my request,
• electronic or phone contact with the details of the demanded product’s offer,
• follow-up offers of similar products.

If an agreement is concluded, the data processing period is defined in the Notice of Personal Data Processing, which forms part of the agreement. If no agreement is concluded, the maximum data processing period will be one year.
