Where can I find my Username?
The Username is used when logging into Internet Banking, for verification via BankID,
but also when installing new mobile banking.
The easiest way to find out your Username is in Smart Banking application.

I don't have access to mobile banking, what should I do?
Call our Infoinfoline 221 210 031.
You need the password for communication with UniCredit Bank.
Can I change my Username?
Yes! You can change your Username at any time.
The procedure is the same via More / Settings / Security / Change Username.
Ideally, we recommend choosing e.g. a private email address as a Username, because it is easy to remember.
