MultiCash

MultiCash is a multi-banking application used by 15 banks in the Czech Republic. It is provided in versions adapted to the banking standards of most European and many other countries. It is produced by the German company Omikron Systemhaus GmbH.

When to use MultiCash

  • If you prefer electronic banking on your own secured environment.
  • If you want to have all data stored in your PC network.
  • If you process a large number of payment orders daily.
  • If you want to control accounts of several companies within a single application.
  • If you also want to control accounts maintained at other Czech banks within a single application.
  • If you also want to control accounts maintained at foreign banks within a single application.
  • If you want to receive statements for accounts maintained at other banks.

Functions of MultiCash

 

  • Preparing domestic payment orders (standard, express payments, direct debit requests).
  • Preparing foreign payment orders (standard payment, SEPA credit transfer, SEPA direct debit).
  • Uploading and processing domestic and foreign payment orders from a file created by an accounting system.
  • Displaying current balances and transaction history.
  • Managing accounts of several companies through a single user access.
  • Managing accounts maintained at several banks within the Czech Republic.
  • Managing accounts in several countries via connection to a foreign banking server by means of SWIFT messages or EuropeanGate.
  • Flexible settings for signing authorisations at the account and user levels.
  • Option to create payment order templates and databases of business partners and to share these with other users.
  • Orders archive – history of authorised (signed) transactions sent to the bank for processing.
  • Access to electronic statements from UniCredit Bank accounts, which can be conveniently imported into an accounting system.
  • Option to receive messages sent by the bank.
  • Administration of individual user rights profiles.
  • English and German versions available.

 

Technical information

  • UniCredit Bank offers its clients version 3.2 of the MultiCash system.
  • Communication with the bank through the Internet (TCP/IP Protocol).
  • Data storage through Z-BASE database.
