Operating capital loans

UniCredit Bank offers a practical solution for funding your company’s operations – a single credit line with which you can easily and repeatedly draw a bank overdraft, letter of credit, guarantee or credit tranche, or enter into transactions to secure your currency and interest rate risks.

  • We provide refinancing and consolidation of existing operating capital loans.
  • Funds may be drawn in various currencies.
  • We are able to provide up to CZK 20 million for operating capital financing with a quick approval process, whereby you will know within 5 days whether the loan has been approved.
  • We offer operating capital financing with utilization in the form of:
    • Bank overdraft (multi-currency bank overdraft),
    • Tranches,
    • Security for credit and currency risk,
    • Letter of credit or bank guarantee according to client needs,
    • Multi-purpose line which allows for repeated utilization of funds in a combination of any standard forms of utilization (see above).
  • You may secure the loan by various types of security. In addition to standard methods (personal guarantee, real estate, among others), you may also use, for example, a guarantee from the Czech–Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank (ČMZRB).

Operating capital loan with guarantee from Czech–Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank

Thanks to cooperation with the Czech–Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank (ČMZRB), we are able to offer enterprises comprising up to 50 employees a guarantee up to 70% of the principal of guaranteed loans. With this guarantee, it is possible to reduce the costs of risk, thus achieving a lower interest rate. The guarantee is provided for loans max. up to CZK 4 million, where the loan guarantee period does not exceed 6 years.

Low costs

  • Maintenance of a loan account at UniCredit Bank is free of charge.
  • We offer the option to choose between a fixed interest rate announced by UniCredit Bank - BLR (Basic lending rate established by the bank, which is based on the rates of the CNB and the European Banking Federation (1M PRIBOR, 1M EURIBOR), but, unlike those rates, it changes only on a monthly basis) and a floating interest rate with a period according to your needs.

Quickly available operating capital loan

We offer a quickly available operating capital loan for small and medium-sized enterprises (with revenues exceeding CZK 10 million). We provide these loans in amounts up to CZK 20 million depending on the volume of turnover, the company’s creditworthiness, and the security (possible without real estate collateral) with the possibility for multi-purpose drawing according to your individual needs.

Within 5 days from meeting with our advisor, we will give you a final decision regarding the loan’s approval and will prepare the contractual documentation.

To process an application, you will need the following documents:

  • Financial statements for two completed accounting periods and interim statements.
  • For new clients, current account statements for the last 3 months.
  • Information about the time structure of trade payables, accounts receivable and bank debts.
