• custody and settlement of securities in dematerialized form registered in the Central Securities Depository (CDCP) for foreign investors;
• custody of foreign securities;
• management and custody of bearer shares in paper form.

The bank provides security custody services based on a Master Agreement or Subcustody Agreement..

The security custody services include:

• payout of interest, dividends, and other gains on securities to client’s account;
• representation of clients in General Meetings of shareholders in compliance with the client’s instructions;
• security record-keeping;
• custody of bearer shares in paper form in vaults, and receipt and delivery of such shares according to the instructions.

UniCredit Bank is a regular member of the CDCP and keeps records of clients´ securities in line with the CDCP’s rules.

The bank effects settlement of securities based on a " Master Agreementu a Subcustody Agreementu".

The settlement of securities includes:

• transfers of securities according to a client’s instructions;
• statement of transactions on a client’s account and financial settlement.

A client may communicate with the bank either in person, by way of a contact person, by phone, SWIFT, Business Net Securities, or by fax.
