• custody of securities in dematerialized form registered in the Central Securities Depository (CDCP);
• custody of foreign securities;
• management and custody of bearer shares in paper form.

The service is suitable for holders of larger security portfolios.

The security custody services are provided based on a "Security Custody Agreement".

The security custody services include:

• payout of interest, dividends, and other gains on securities to a client’s account;
• representation, upon request, of clients in General Meetings in compliance with a client’s instructions;
• security record-keeping;
• custody of bearer shares in paper form in vaults, and receipt and delivery of such shares according to the instructions.

UniCredit Bank is a regular member of the CDCP and keeps records of clients’ securities in line with the CDCP’s rules.

Securities are settled based on a "Security Settlement Agreement".

The settlement of securities includes:

• transfers of securities according to a client’s instructions;
• a statement of transactions on a client’s account and financial settlement.

A client may communicate with the bank either in person, by way of a contact person, by phone, Business Net Securities, SWIFT, or by fax.
