How to do it?

 

Log in to your Smart Banking. In the lower menu on the right, select the More option, then click on the first My Profile tab. Here, you can add your e-mail and update it at any time in the Contact section. Simply follow the instructions in the app. Aren’t you using Smart Banking yet? Find out how easy it is.

Activate the app and start enjoying all its benefits.

Once you log in to your Online Banking, click on the symbol  to the right of your name at the top of the home page. In the displayed window, you can add your e-mail and update it at any time in the Contact section. Simply follow the instructions in the Online Banking.

Why do I need a password for communicating with the bank?

We care about the security of your data and information. Therefore, the password can be used to lock the documents sent to your e-mail address. This password is also useful when calling our Infoline.

Can I set or change the password for communication with the bank over the phone?

Unfortunately, you cannot. The security of your data is our priority. That's why we have to identify you first. Therefore, you can change the password in our digital app (after logging in using your login details) or at the branch once you have been identified based on your identity document.

Can I get any assistance to update my data?

Of course, you can.
If necessary, contact any of our branches or call our Infoline at 221 210 031.

I use Smart Banking Business and Business Net Professional for internet banking. How can I update my contact information?

In this case, we will help you at our branch or via our Infoline at 221 210 031.

I get documents on paper and I want to keep it that way. Is it possible?

Yes, it is. However, we recommend electronic communication as the most convenient and environmentally friendly way, but we will comply with your preferences. Just a reminder - you can print your digital documents free of charge and keep them. If we send you the documents, you will have to pay for them.

You can set a password and update it at any time in the Change Password for communication with the bank section. Simply follow the instructions in the app. Aren’t you using Smart Banking yet?
