The Bank places highest emphasis on the security of direct banking products defined in the Group security standard for UniCredit Group.
SECURITY TOKEN - „strong security which fits within the purse"
- At present, one of the highest security standards, where the security token generates a unique (new) security code at each time interval
- Ensures logging of users into the application (authentication)
- User number will be assigned to you by the Bank at the branch, and the security code will be generated for you by the security token.
- Ensures sending active transactions to the Bank - the so-called „signing" (authorisation) of transactions
- Serves for user identification when calling to the Customer Centre.
How is the security token used?
- The use of the security token is protected by PIN, which is known only by the client, and upon entering the PIN, a security code will be displayed automatically on the display
MOBILE SECURITY TOKEN (SMS)
- Additional security options include a mobile security token, when unique security codes are sent to your mobile phone via SMS
- It is a higher security standard than the security token; messages with the code contain information with log-in details, on the transaction or the number of transactions
ADDITIONAL SECURITY FEATURES
- Daily limits for the user
- Transaction limits for the user for Internet banking operations (it is not possible to enter payments beyond the scope of the set limit)
- Encryption of data communication, which protects data during transmission
