The owner of the Auctioneer Account can only be an auctioneer – an individual or natural entity with a licence deed authorised to trade as an auctioneer

Keeping of the Auctioneer Account limits the disposals of funds on the account in terms of both deposition of funds to accounts and the purpose of use of the funds, where identification of the depositing person or payer who is a party to the action must always be ensured.
