From April 1, 2025, we will send the Confirmation of the maintenance of the attorney's escrow account and the Confirmation of all transactions on the attorney's escrow account to the email addresses of the depositor, the authorized attorney, which the attorney will provide to us via the form in the BusinessNet Professional online banking.
Attorneys using the Praetor system do not have to fill out the form. We send the confirmation to the email addresses that the attorneys enter directly in Praetor.
Custody accounts with attorney is intended for all attorneys working in the Czech Republic registered as members of the Czech Bar Association.
Custody accounts with notary is intended for all notaries working in the Czech Republic registered as members of the Czech Notary Chamber.
Keeping Custody accounts with attorney/notary is regulated by a special contract defining the disposal of funds in the account in terms of the authorized person as well as in terms of the purpose of use, where identification of the depositor or payer of the custody’s party must be secured in any case.

The total interest rate consists of three parts – the basic interest rate, the bonus rate and the extra bonus rate. The amount of these rates depends on the fulfillment of specific conditions.
Simply open a START, OPEN or TOP service package from 1 January 2025. Together with it, we will automatically open a current account for everyday payments (non-interest-bearing) and a savings account, the name of which is distinguished by the additional designation "SAVINGS".
You will get the bonus rate if you pay at least 3 times a month with a payment card that is issued for the current account within your service package. If you meet this condition, we will credit your bonus rate to your savings account on the last day of the calendar month following the crediting of the basic interest rate.
In addition to meeting the above conditions, your account must have received credit income in the total amount of at least CZK 20,000 in a given month, or you must arrange a regular investment to which you will send at least CZK 2,000 each month. If you also meet one of the above conditions, we will credit you with an extra bonus rate along with the extra bonus rate.
